There's these few phrases that i don't quite agree with "You feel that everything is against you" and "Instead of resolving this by facing up to making the essential decisions, you are likely to vacillate and concern yourself with trivialities of little consequence".



Being contented with what you already have and not anticipating for more than what you should, definitely makes one happier together with a big grin on the face (*_^)! That's what I've learned and gradually putting it onto practical.
